Shipping Policy
All book products are shipped via Royal Mail tracked shipping. Merchandise products are fulfilled by Printify.
We aim to ship out orders within 21 days, but this may vary depending on fulfillment time for author copies and/or if Lark Taylor is on vacation. Processing delays will be communicated via email.
Processing times do not apply to pre-order campaigns (for example book signings and book boxes).
Processing and shipping times are dictated by Printify for merchandise orders.
If your order includes both books and merchandise items, they will ship separately.
You are responsible for all fees, customs, import, and/or tariff charges.
Delivery
Average delivery for book products ordered in the UK is 48 hours after products are shipped. Average delivery time for overseas shipping varies by location.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient when ordering physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person or the carrier's inability to deliver an item as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information or failing to inform us of any changes to your shipping information.
Delivery Issues
If an item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with your postal carrier.
Situations where a postal carrier cannot deliver an item and it was not due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If an item is returned to Lark Taylor, we can either

Refund you the cost of the item (shipping costs will not be refunded); or

Have the item reshipped to you (you will be responsible for shipping costs)

Please note that all transactions are completed in GBP, including any refunds issued. We cannot guarantee what the currency exchange rate will be at the time a refund is issued and this rate may differ from the exchange rate on the date of the original transaction.
