Refund Policy
Refunds & Currency Conversion
All transactions are completed in GBP, including any refunds issued. We cannot guarantee what the currency exchange rate will be on the date a refund is issued and this rate may differ from the exchange rate on the date of the original transaction.
Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds
All customers are able to request a refund/cancellation within 48 hours after placing the order. After that time period has passed, cancellation requests are not accepted for any purchases made.
No refunds and no returns--All sales are final once an item has shipped
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at info@larktaylorauthor.com within 3 days (according to tracking) if an item is damaged, missing, or you received the wrong item. You will be required to provide photographic evidence. Any claims submitted after 3 days will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.
Missing Items: Replacements or partial refunds will be offered for missing items.
Damaged Items: Damages claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case scenario and replacements or partial refunds will be offered at Lark Taylor's discretion.

Damage Guidelines
What qualifies as damaged?

Obvious rips or tears

Tearing in endpapers must be significant

Dents in the book edges, spine, and corners over 1 cm in depth

Residue on the cover or pages that cannot be removed

Water damage

Obvious imperfections in foiling such as flaking, scuffs, or scratches over 1 cm

No signature when there should be
What does not qualify as damaged?

Bends, creases, or light scratches on pages or covers

Wavy pages

Minimal creasing on book edges, spine or corners

Minor scratches or bleeding on sprayed edges

Minor fading or slight differences in shade of sprayed edges
